Your coloring style is amazing! May I ask what program you use and what tool to get it to look like water color? It would be extremely helpful!
Hi, first off thank you, secondly photoshop, thirdly I begin by cell coloring., import watercolor type textures and just paint over them with the outline on top layer. Then basically use selection tools to cut away bits I don't want from the texture, then I use home made brushes to paint the character to the final product.
